After receiving my first chiropractic adjustment I decided right then I wanted to be a chiropractor
I always wanted to be in the health field since I was little. I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. While attending school I wanted to be a nurse but saw the long hours and lack of appreciation from the general public was super disheartening. I worked in a food microbiology lab after I graduated trying to decide what I wanted to do. I saw a post on Facebook from a high school friend going to chiropractic school in Florida. I looked into the profession and shadowed some chiropractors in the area. Prior to this experience I had never seen a chiropractor before so I didn’t have any expectations. After shadowing and receiving my first chiropractic adjustment, my lower back and hip pain started resolving. From that moment on, I decided to begin my journey at Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida Campus and graduated in December 2021 with honors.
