Wow! This is the best therapy place ever, right from the front desk ladies to the doctors are so sweet and makes you feel welcoming. The front desk ladies will give you a call to remind you of your appointment and even ask you if you needed a transportation or have any problems with your appointments scheduled so they can work it out with you, and the doctors over there are always available to listen to your problems and gives you their time and the attention you need. Overall the environment is very clean and they always sanitize after each patient.

We have more than 20 years of experience treating injuries that are a result of auto accidents and occupational duties. We specialize in working with attorneys, providing personalized dashboards, and timely records management.

Who We Are
Samuel Wood, DO
Dr. Samuel Wood is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Pain Management. He is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduating, he completed his training in Emergency Medicine as chief resident at Reading Hospital; as well as a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Wood is an active member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Spine Intervention Society, and the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has provided multiple lectures and grand rounds on topics ranging from pain signaling pathways, interventional techniques, and chronic pain syndromes, and has authored book chapters on the importance of pain in acute care settings.
Employing a multidisciplinary approach to pain, Dr. Wood utilizes injections, medication management, and osteopathic manipulation treatments (OMT) to help patients control symptoms and regain function.
Kavita Gupta, DO
Dr. Kavita Gupta is board certified in pain management and in physical medicine and rehabilitation. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Gupta completed her post-graduate training as chief resident in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University and completed a fellowship in pain medicine at Penn State – Hershey Medical Center. She provides her expertise outside of her practice to several medical and pharmaceutical companies, NJ Medical Board as an expert specialist, and is teaching faculty with the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Gupta specializes in advanced interventional pain management for a variety of pain syndromes. She utilizes a variety of injection techniques to assist in controlling the pain and leading the patient to a quicker return to a normal lifestyle. Her special interests include spine care, sports injuries, neuropathic pain, musculoskeletal medicine, and incorporating holistic treatments such as yoga, pilates, vitamin therapy, homeopathy, medical marijuana, acupuncture, and Ayurveda. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys time traveling with her triplets and husband.
